Using kinesiology taping to encourage natural movement, or more structured supportive taping to protect joints and muscles during training or competition. It can be beneficial if you’re managing an injury, returning to activity, or preparing for a sporting event.

Taping is often used alongside massage treatment as part of a wider recovery and performance plan, helping you stay active while your body heals and adapts.
