Rather than being a standalone treatment, it’s a technique I often incorporate into Sports & Remedial Massage sessions when your body needs it. It’s particularly helpful for clients experiencing chronic pain, movement restriction, or postural imbalances.
By gently releasing fascial tension, this approach helps restore natural movement patterns, improve alignment, and reduce long-held tightness that may not respond to traditional massage techniques alone.
