A gentle, supportive massage designed specifically for pregnancy. Using safe side-lying positioning and carefully adapted techniques, it helps ease common discomforts like back pain, hip tension, swelling, and fatigue.

Pregnancy places new demands on your body, and massage can help relieve aches, reduce tension, and support you as your body changes and prepares for birth. It also offers valuable time to slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself during this busy and emotional stage.

Feeling relaxed benefits both you and your baby, helping create a calmer, more comfortable pregnancy experience overall. Above all, this treatment is about helping you feel supported, comfortable, and at ease in your changing body.

How This Can Support You

 

Pregnancy massage is suitable from the second trimester onwards and can also be incredibly supportive after birth. It may help if you’re experiencing:

Lower back or pelvic discomfort
Hip tension or sciatic pain
Neck and shoulder tightness (especially from feeding, holding, or carrying your baby)
Swelling or heavy-feeling legs
Fatigue or difficulty relaxing
General aches from your changing posture

It’s also simply for anyone who would like time to unwind, feel supported, and reconnect with their body during pregnancy or the early postnatal period.

Postnatal  Support

Your body continues to adapt after birth, and massage can be a helpful way to ease tension and support recovery during this stage. Whether you’re adjusting to feeding, carrying, or simply navigating the physical demands of new motherhood, treatment is always adapted to how you’re feeling on the day.

Once you feel ready after birth, massage can be a supportive way to help your body settle and recover. If your birth involved a C-section or anything that needs a little extra care, positioning and pressure are always adapted to keep you comfortable. I’m also very happy to chat beforehand so you feel completely reassured.

This is a space for you, to rest, reset, and feel cared for.
